A legal disclaimer

By booking an appointment with Casar Tattoo Art, you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments & Deposits
   •    A deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments.
   •    Deposits are non-refundable.
   •    Deposits go toward the total cost of the tattoo.

2. Rescheduling Policy
   •    Appointments may be rescheduled once if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
   •    If proper notice is provided, the deposit may be applied to the new appointment.
   •    Rescheduling is allowed one time per deposit.

3. Late Arrivals
   •    Clients arriving late may have their session shortened.
   •    Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

4. No Shows
   •    No-shows result in forfeiture of deposit.

5. Design Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final designs before tattooing begins.

6. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin conditions prior to the appointment.

Casar Tattoo Art reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
